Kültür-Gen (Temperament-Based Guidance Model)

Breaking Free from the Generalization Error and the Principle of Uniqueness
Generalizing concepts such as “human, child, or adolescent” in education is an incomplete and incorrect approach. Because every child is a different world. As TAK Schools Beylikdüzü Campus, we consider different temperament structures by asking the question “which child?” and completely step out of the generalization error. Kültür-Gen is an innovative guidance and education approach based on the Enneagram personality model, which takes into account the innate temperaments of children, which are their basic psychological characteristics that do not change throughout life. With this model, we accept that no temperament structure is superior to another, and we offer educational opportunities by respecting the uniqueness of each child.
Direct Contribution to Academic and Individual Development
The biggest advantage of a temperament-centered education system is discovering the learning ways most suitable for the child’s nature. Thanks to our Kültür-Gen application, the obstacles created by the difficulties the child experiences depending on their own temperament in front of academic success are determined and eliminated by our expert psychological counselors. The child’s unique motivation points are triggered, and the quality and desire in the learning process are increased. In addition, this system determines the art and sports branches most suitable for our student’s temperament, allowing them to be guided to the most accurate job and profession fields for their future in the light of scientific data.

Systematic and Comprehensive Implementation Process
This innovative model is applied not only in the guidance service of our school but in coordination with our guidance teachers in all classes and levels. Guidance activities prepared specifically for their own temperament structures are presented to our students whose temperament determinations are made throughout the year. We build a flawless harmony and communication network in the school, family, and student triangle by ensuring that not only our students but also our parents and teachers master this language.
